i agree, it was very odd to see him doing an ad for that viking game, and the charlie's angel video itself was pretty boring, almost felt like that one video he did of "how an avgn episode gets made" and this was the rejected video idea.

How to make an AVGN video.

1. Wear that outfit
2. Mumble about how weird and awkward and strange *game* is
3. Mention how you never saw "thing" yourself back in the day, but that you'll gladly talk about it.
4. RAISE YOUR VOICE when talking about WHACKY thing in game that you don't like.
5. Channel disappointment with current life and make it seem like you're feeling this way about the game.

And another master piece has been created! legions of your fans will flock to 4chan to discuss *game* only to be treated with a "you just watched AVGN eh?"

Yeah, that is a bit of a thing. If a man in Uganda can raise his child properly on mere pennies a day and raise a perfectly normal and well adjusted person, it is something anybody can do.

Again I much prefer these type of videos, as I am kinda tired of his avgn character, like that charlie's angels vid, I can only hear someone say ass so much.
But even in the video power/nick arcade vid theres a part he uses the avgn voice. I just like chill James Rolfe more than his avgn characater.

Just watched this now and actually remember seeing some of these episodes. For video power all I remember is that last part of the show where kids grab as many games as they can to their velcro suit. And for Nick Arcade a remember that part where kids enter the games on this blue screen type thing.

But in the end, I much more enjoyed the Canadian "Video & Arcade Top 10" as that showed way more gameplay footage and more games. And as a kid, that's what I wanted to see.

I loved Video Power bitd! Johnny Arcade should resurface and do a clap back video on James. Put that nerd(and his pathetic tattoo ) in his place!

Haven't seen it, not sure I will. But SoR2 is the game.

Mostly positive, actually.

This is what they(James and Ryan, while Mike was fielding questions) were playing on their let's play channel, when Ryan said he preferred the SNES as his all time favorite because when compared to the Genesis, it "had the better game in every genre." James was trying to push Final Fight 3 and Turtles in Time as better games. Here, the consensus is now that SoR2 is the ultimate(home console, at least) beat 'em up.

Ryan is a big old dumb idiot, and I can’t stand him. Where the hell did he even come from?
