Who told u that? And no way is Altered Beast worth that much even sealed.
I know how sealed genny games should look like. And all of his sealed games look absolutely the same. Shrinkwrapped with absolutely artificial cut on top.
And in fact he even bought a game from one seller i know and negged him when he found out it was not too mint inside to reseal and resell. lol
I bought a copy of The Punisher new and sealed from him. Because of this post I just opened it about 5 minutes ago and it is deffinatly new on the inside. Looks new, smells new, and it feels new and tight.
You could still be correct though. Has anyone else purchased anything from RPGARCANA and want to verify?
He could be selling some real reseals and some fake. I'm not an expert at this so I have no idea. All I can say is right now there's someone else on eBay I suspect is pulling a huge scam with photo copying the cover inserts and mixing that with reprints of games in order to appear to be selling the original complete game, when he's really just mixing and matching junk. Not everyone believes me, but then again, they can't prove me wrong either :p
I will say the Sonic 1 he has seems odd. Didn't Sonic 1 originally have the tab at the top? I thought the reason sealed games have the split plastic at the top was in order to let that tab poke out. No such tab on his copy, which means no reason for the split. I could be over thinking this though..
Someone could have just broken it off, it's easy to do that. Either way his stuff is ridiculously overpriced. He's a joke.

Looks new to me. Only sealed games I somewhat can identify are NES, and none of his NES seals look faked either. Maybe he's the real deal :)

Instead of oval seal on top or "over the hangtab seal" all his genny games has an artificial cut on top with the hangtab out. It has indeed been made manually and is bullshit.
From my big experience genesis games exist in MANY types of seals. Many look very different, not to mention a lot of genny sealed game at least must show signs of wear on the wrap as well as they are 15+ years.
Sega wrapping was worst ever and degenerates badly comparing to nintendo stuff.
So
1) All his sealed games look the same
2) All brand spanking new and shiny like they were wrapped yesterday and never made it to the stores.

How are you reporting it, he's selling legit opened stuff too.
Are you just flagging the sealed merchandise, or is there a report option on his store?
I see he's selling saturn games, I would be PISSED if shining force 3 was a reseal.
There is no dust in the case and the manual is as flat as glass. I'm not saying that this seller does not releal games though this one was a factory sealed game. Note the opening in the top of the wrap, it looks factory fresh and not like some of the slit open ones he has.

No, it is actually the reflection of a lamp post in my game room. Not only was it super mint but it has the tattoo still. I think this one WAS an authentic. I did find this seller on ebay and his/her genesis games look like reseals: LINK
Look how the hang tags are sealed under the wrap. All of the genesis games I've seen have the tag sticking out. Doesn't this defeat the perpose of having the tag in the first place? What is the store going to do? Open up all the games so they can hang them...

AS for masterobeewan - he sells ALL kind of crap. My friend bought 1500$ worth saturn reseals from him. Opened two and found they were used as crap. And returned all to him.
