Thats a tough one....Without Final Fight, there may not have been a Streets of Rage......It was made specifically to fight off (no pun intended) Final Fight on the SNES.......Konami made some killer beat em ups too........
I'd have to go.......Capcom, Konami, Sega.....based on creativity.....

dude? the simpsons, tmnt the arcade game, tmnt turtles in time, wtf? this is a pretty hard poll though i really like final fight, streets of rage, and comix zone, and die hard arcade, and wait a minute can i change my vote? sega does have some pretty hefty beatem ups.
