Then the thread should be called something like "Official Sega-16 Giveaway Drawings Thread", rather than "Free Game Draw III".
I suggest doing the former. In the first post, link to the first three topics for archival purposes.
The thread name can be changed, but if the one who
does the drawing posts an announcement in the old thread,
that's fine too I think.

because I only have a Mega Drive. It can play Genesis
carts though and I would even take a JP cart, because

I considered putting up a Sega CD game but I thought it would limit the people who could enter.
A general thread seems like a good idea. I was disappointed so many people seemed to miss this draw. I should have made a post about it in the other thread. But some general standardized version of drawing would probably keep the practice popular.
Been a while since the last update on the Sega-16 giveaways... :(
