Looks cool, Maybe it'll kill the RROD and introduce a whole new wave of error codes!

Presumably they might remodel it so that less that 4 out 5 consoles red ring?
See the bottom right. Those are two USB ports, they're mounted side by side, I reckon that means it'll be designed to look best when the console is horizontal.
I honestly have faith that this will be reliable.
Foolish me.
As long as it doesn't shit the bed by not being compatible with regular 360 peripherals.
I personally think this will be the Natal unit. With a built in hard drive.
Speaking of Natal, I haven't been keeping up with it at all. Is Natal still an idea or has there been hard evidence of it's existence?
Yeah Jimmy Fallon I think tested it out on his late night show

The only thing I'm worried about is when I read about the 360 slim rumor from Kotaku was that they combined the CPU and GPU into one chip...That would make me worry about even more heat problems!
"These pictures apparently show the guts of a new model of the Xbox 360. The important bits? The fact that for the first time the console combines the CPU and the GPU in a single chip. Oh, and it's small."

I truly belive in the long run b.c will be back I think they make too much money on the ps2 still. Once they stop, b/c will be back. Which is b.s but whatever I can wait. As for the slim 360....ehhh a lil late imo but maybe it wont red ring like mine did once a month lmao.
I gotta say, that is one hell of a heatsink/fan combo, they aren't fuckin' around this time! If they learned how to solder this time, god forbid this might not be a total epic fail!

consoles should always be put horizontal. I can't believe the dumbasses that have scratched their discs by keeping it vertical and knocking it over. Not only that, putting it vertical puts strain on the heat sinks. I imagine the people with vertical systems were the first to red ring.
XBOX 360 backwards compatibility is already pretty splotchy, but it's not like there's anything in the XBOX library worth playing anyway.
The only reason PS3 dropped PS2 compatibility was because whiny bitches were complaining about the price and the PS2 is too difficult to emulate properly in software. Is it really that painful to have a PS2 slim hooked up, I mean, REALLY? for crying out loud, you can mount it on the wall behind your HDTV, I know a store that did just that (locking spindle-type drives aren't affected by being mounted vertically, at least not compared to most drives).
There's also an update coming this spring to allow the use of USB flash drives for memory storage.

You can't connect an iPhone or any other device that uses internal/flash memory to a 360? Therefore... PSP GO! (no pun intended, even though the PSPGo probably won't work with the 360, since it uses internal/flash memory)
