Ok thank you. Is it hard to replace?
How come it is twisted?
Apparently he installed it incorrectly, realised his error and re-installed it.
Ok :D Where can i find that hitachi chip?
Afaik that hitachi chip is found on some md2 models if you buy them many for cheap. Thats the way that Tmee did it. However I did try to find the chip from ebay and china but 100+ was needed to order new ones and tbh was not going to buy if they asked 3$ per chip ie 300$+60$ shipping.
If someone finds good dealer for hitahci chips then we can maybe arrange group payment.
How ever I still need someone to measure the power input big yellow coil as I need to replace it as it did blow from my unit. Someone that has inductance meter.
Ok thats explains why i couldnt find them on ebay ^^ Thank you.
FYI, I picked this up for 30.00 shipped from China here:

Same exact item, but it's on a slow boat. No worries, I have time on this one. :)
My Nomad came in this week. I have an LCD on the way. I did the Master System mod for my Mega Everdrive in the meantime.
I have used the back B30 as an alternative. With my luck I'd melt the pins trying to get my iron between them.

When I solder to tiny asic pins like these I use wire harvested from 80 wire ide cables, I find it's the perfect size.
I use inductor grade wire, tiny and it has an insulating enamel perfect for small traces. It's got roughly the same size as the original traces.
