Not a space ship, but the color sheme matches, and it is 70s sci-fi. ;P

Again, I prefer the US color scheme, but more importantly, the buttons.
However, I seem to recall the SNES Jr coming with JP/EU style pads. (also being sold separately)
I think there was a turbo controller of the same color scheme too.
When I chose NES, I meant the original controller, not the redesigned Dogbone Controller.. which rocks.
the dogbone is a pretty nice improvement over the original imo
I know Mark's favorite is the 3 button...but we all know the Sega Genesis 6 button controller is basically the best of all time.
bigtime! I wouldn't have wanted to collect NES if it weren't for the Dogbone:|;) I only wish it was a smidge bigger.
I highly disagree. It's too small.
Logitechs' version of the DualShock2 for PC is my favorite of all time.
...you're not Old School at all.
I like that plan!
OldSchool! Photoshop this picture!
The SMS is one of my absolute favorite consoles, but the controller is crap :yuck:
Yuck, covex buttons, diagonal placement, circular edges... D-pad is nice though, but not as good as the Genny's.
Slab sides aren't ideal either, but more modest curves like the 3-button are great. ;) I like to press inward with my hands on such controllers as well as gip tightly, so too round and too small controllers are bad...
At least it's bigger than the SNES controller. ;) D-pad's better too. (and buttons)
I prefer the firestorm dual power, and the old xterminator to that. RIP Gravis. :(Quote:

Disagree... the SNES controller feels bigger. The Genny 6 button is the smallest Controller I own... haven't measured, but I remember it feeling really tiny. The Dogbone NES controller would be second.
The SNES controller is one of my favs. Feels comfortable for hours on end just like the DualShock.
The stock Genny controller is badass too.
I guess I'm just easy to please, lol.
I voted for the N64 controller. Why does it need 3 grips? Time has made the controller look even worse, as modern controllers all have analog and digital pads that are reachable without having to change your grip. I hated that controller from the moment I saw it in 1995. Most games used the analog stick primarily. So why wasn't it on the outside and the digital pad in the middle, then? The first game I ever played on the system was Mario 64, and when my friend told me that I had to use the middle grip, I couldn't believe the stupidity.
That, and the controller is of poor quality. Those analog sticks are weak way too prone to failure.
