The dog's name is Cuddles.

"Shadow Dancer" was also the name of the boss you fight in that AMERICUN FUNKEE AKSHUN!!! dance club in Stage 2 of "Revenge of Shinobi". That boss fight was quite an impressive showing of the Genesis hardware early on.

Shadow dancer is still the best!!!

I love the soundtrack in Shadow Dancer. It is both loud and will stick in your head all day.

Even though it is inferior to the Revenge of Shinobi and Shinobi 3, it is still great to play and has plenty of gameplay.

Even though you die in one hit, the game never feels cheap.

How much does a copy of this game cost? I'm thinking as much as SOR3

It's probably less than that. SoR3 goes for about $20 I think. Shadow Dancer is worth hundreds but can probably be had complete for $10 or so.
