We need more Alpaca mascots.
My mascot would be 'Bad Panda' and the game would be called 'Pandamonium'. It would be a beat-em-up where Bad Panda has to fight his way to the top of a business tower that is headquarters of an evil organization that fronts as a martial arts school. Each level has a boss at the end that is a different animal fighting technique. Snake, Eagle, etc. The final boss is a Tiger.
Bad Panda can only use other animals as weapons. Snake for nunckucks etc. His special ability is the ability to judge whether or not an object can fit through a doorway. It can only be accessed by accidentally hitting the A button, and no matter what you press it is always activated by the first press in the game, thereby wasting it.

Don't let that face fool you, he will try to kill every single living thing on Earth with his watermelon slices... he slowly wades you in, acting nice as though he offers a slice, then, when you're very close by... wham! You're stabbed through the heart with a watermelon slice, said slice cut from by the most effective kitchen knife known to Ferret kind.
