Holloween gaming.

It's less than 2 weeks until Halloween, and like I do with movies, it's the time of year when I like to play scary games. I've been playing Bioshock 2 on the PC, but it's not quite scary enough. I've been thinking about playing a little Doom III on the 360 and the stand alone version of FEAR: Perseus Mandate on PC. I've also thought about finishing Dead Space (PS3), since I totally blew how I'd managed the supplies and got stuck on a level because of it.


Anyone else plan on playing games to coincide with Halloween?

Haunting: Starring Polterguy and Castlevania: Bloodlines on the Genesis, Koudelka on the PS1, Monster maddness, Folklore, and the almighty, muthafuckin' Ghostbusters on PS3, Not to mention Me and a friend have every intention of rocking out some Zombies Ate My Neighbors at His Halloween party this year.

I usually pull out the scary games/movies this time of year as well! One in particular: SplatterHouse!!!!! On MAME of course! ;)

I forgot I had Ghostbusters (PC) sitting on the shelf. Maybe I should play that game.

I will most likely play some Doom on Sega Saturn, or I may get the new Red Dead Redemption X-Pack coming out later this month "Undead Nightmare". It looks pretty cool: http://www.gamespot.com/xbox360/acti...&mode=previews

In the coming week I am going to play Alien vs Predator 2,Silent Hill Shattered Memories,Undying,and my last play through of Eternal Darkness.I wanted to play System Shock 2, but I can't find my copy right now.Everyone should suggest scary games as well.I played Call of Cthulu a while ago, and that was a pretty good scare.

Dead Space is a good one. Do that one, especially since it draws from both Bioshock and Doom 3 anyway, so it's like playing both of those games (plus Resident Evil 4) all in one!

If it plays like RE4 I am buying that game tomorrow.

Wow man the very first Halloween that my Mom didn't let me go out (yeah I was too old!) I stayed in and played Resident Evil on PS1 all night and it was the first time I beat it! What a classic that was and it was the perfect night to play such a game!

I will be playing Sea Hunt, Drake of the 99 Dragons, Crystal's Pony Tale, etc. -- the truly scariest games ever made.

Oh man, I've just started on Resident Evil 4 again. That game is so awesome it's like lesbians and Christmas combined. I didn't intend to play it for the Haloween factor, as it is largely ignored here in England except by the under 10's and Channel 4, but it's so awesome.

maybe i should finally play my 360 version of ghostbusters that i bought last year that is still sitting unwrapped on my shelf....

I recently finished Resident Evil 5, I'm still working on Silent Hill 3 and should get back to that again, and then I've still got Alan Wake waiting on the shelf. Plenty of horrors left in store for me.

One of my friends bought me the first Dead Rising for my birthday, so I think I'll crack it open. Hehehe.
