What is the most that you have ever spent on a used game for Genesis/Sega CD/32x? (including those outside of NA, with the Mega Drive included)
Lets go far as to include:
Brand new (never opened)
Mint (opened, rarely used)
Complete (box and manual)
cart (cartridge only)
or a variation of this who has the biggest collection of originally purchased games (IE brand new at release price, and still have today)?
I spent between $65-$70 on MK3 Brand New a month or two after it was released.
Hmm... Probably $35 ish for Lunar: The Silver Star.
Sega games are cheap. :D
Mega Drive collecting isnt too expensive. Besides a few exceptions, I've payed on average $10 for complete games.
The most spent was for Phantasy Star II for $80 back in 1990 (waited for IV to go on clearance)
YuYu Hakusho cost me between $60-80 mint, can't really remember.
And Twinkle Tale I snagged for a reasonable $60.
Crusader of Centy is pricey and worth it. I got a bargain at $30 with a smashed box and wrinkled instructions.
The only incomplete game I've paid for (besides bootleged Snow Brow.) has been $40 for cart and manual Gleylancer.
Are there any crazy expensive games besides Eliminate Down, Alien Soldier, Snow Bros, and Mega Man?
Most I ever spent on a Genesis related purchase was a total of just over $100 for mint condition copies of Snatcher (Sega CD) and Blackthorne (32X).
Probably around $15 (CiB something) and even that was a bit steep for me.
I'm pretty cheap when i comes to video games, i rarely ever buy them new. The most I've spent is probably 50 dollars for a new game, but this is something do maybe once a year. Usually I have enough patience to wait a year after the game comes out so i can buy it used for half the price, sometimes less. I'm a cheap bastard.
I spent more than $50 for the new Kirby for Wii this week. It was a Christmas present though, and I got the last copy in the store! I had to get the display box and everything :(
Most expensive game I ever bought was probably $60 for Midnight Club 2 PC when it was brand new. Worth every penny, it's still my favorite game of all time.

Brand new (never opened) - I've never bought a sealed Genesis game but I guess it'd be retail if we're counting gifts and stuff.
Mint (opened, rarely used) - $189 - Panorama Cotton, it came with the Tea Cup too though.
cart (cartridge only) - ummm $20-30. paid $20 for Splatterhouse 3, imagine I'll have to pay more for Splatterhouse 2.
$100 for a mint complete MUSHA. Worth every penny.
I also payed top dolla for UMK3 when it came out.
$50 for a complete Grind Stormer. Couldn't find a complete working copy for months so I finally gave in. The manual is like 4 pages and is mostly warnings, I was pissed.
$60 for Rockman cart only. Probably not worth it but I got some hours of play out of it. Still gotta beat that stupid fucking boss in MM2 which you can only use crashbombs on (Wily's castle)
70$ on DK64, card only! Man, I got ripped off, it was a long time ago!
And believe it or not, at first, the seller wanted to sell it to me for 100$, because it was "rare". XD

I used to put in bids of £70 to try and get Daze Before Christmas - something I still don't own today.
i think my most expensive was £35 for mint version of rainbow islands extra....(i remember buying first time round.....cost £45 back then!)
