It's great and all that it's being made, but I am the only one who is tired of seeing shoot-'em-ups?
That aside, it does look good.
Graphics look like a quantum leap above recent games (DUX, RRRR). SIGN ME UP!
looks great! DO WANT D:
EDIT:
i've found 2 screenshots, are them CG concepts or what? O_o

maybe it is a FMV game like Silpheed on SCD? if it is, they made a great job hiding it, judging from this vid:

Yes, you are the only one.
I was expecting it to be yet another Japanese niche bullet hell, but I'm pleasantly surprised to see it's actually a Euro shmup this time.
Agreed. Of the last few Dreamcast releases only two were shmups, and one of those was an upgraded re-issue of a three year old game (Last Hope: Pink Bullets; the other being DUX). There was Wind & Water: Puzzle Battles, Irides and Rush Rush Rally Racing - of which only the later did okay while W&W and Irides performed extremely poorly.
As long as games of other genres perform as bad as those I wouldn't expect too many games that aren't shmups in the near future.
Anyway, there are three shmups being worked on: Sturmwind, Fast Striker, & Time Hunter, all other games in development aren't shmups.
Looking cool! I like Pink Bullets and this new one, Sturmwind, looks cool as well!
There may be non-shmup games being made, but I don't frequent DC communities and only pay attention to homebrews that get more publicity outside of those communities. So if there actually are other genre's of homebrews that get made, it seems the shmups are the only ones that actually are publicized much outside of a few niche places.
So in light of that: I swear to god it's always shmups!! Wish we could see a platformer or something for once.
I'm ordering this one!
I wonder how much shipping will be?
