The SNES port was actually slower than the Genesis port, but I agree, they could have done a better job porting the game to the Genesis. Unfortunately, Probe has a history of being cheap on the Genesis.Quote:

I am afraid not, but I cannot see what makes people prefer SCE over SSF2. The color choices are awful, the voices as scratchy - only the music is so completely different that I could see people preferring that over the (excellent) material featured in SSF2.Quote:

I disagree. It may not be perfect, but it's not "horrible". It's the same comment that I get from people hating on Space Harrier II. Those games are fun as hell. In my house, it's all about gameplay baby;).Quote:

UMK3 doesn't translate that well to the Mega Drive graphically, but I prefer the selection of fighters to the arcade version and the gameplay is very smooth and responsive, practially perfect. No doubt the Saturn version would blow the Mega Drive port out of the water graphically and gameplay-wise though. But I grew up playing UMK3 on my Mega Drive, Saturns were exactly a common thing where I came from.
