Are we holograms, maths or fringed?

Interesting documentary indeed.. First time I learn of the double slit experiment (if nothing watch this one, latter half of part #2). My math is pretty bad despite being tutored at it for yonks, so this quantum stuff is lost on me.. It's still in its infancy, the science behind it I mean, but I like these quotes from Philip K Dick

So far I am very glad I kept watching beyond 2:00. Why do they have to turn science into OMFG SUPER HYPE science ?

^ This I strongly agree with, documentaries keep getting dumbed down and Hollywoodised to adhere to the L.C.D. It started with cable networks like Discovery and now even the BBC are doing it too.

What a lot of physicists have forgotten is that they AREN'T explaining reality, just modeling it. Just because Quantum Mechanics gives decent results doesn't mean it is actually how reality works, it's just a better model of reality than previous ones. Too many physicists think it's ACTUALLY HOW REALITY IS. They've got bigger delusions of godhood than philosophers. ;) :D

The Science Channel, National Geographic, and Discovery Health between 2am and 6am were where the good stuff was.

Especially Discovery Health (RIP), I used to see programs on really rare disorders. Another covered the rare occurrence of fetuses growing outside the uterus and the dangers involved.

Sadly, History Channel and the like deal with crab fishing and Nostradamus/Mayan 2012 garbage anymore. :(

Nice docmunetary, I just hate when these vids dont have any solutions and this is just a hype video for young people to get interested in quantum stuff. But enjoyed it still.

Well, I used to call the History Channel "The Hitler Channel". Now it's the "Ancient Aliens Channel". Better than all of the illegal alien channels.

Yeah I used to call it the Hitler Channel too =P. They really used to go overboard on the WWII stuff.
