Best/Favorite Game Genie Codes

I just got a Game Genie for my Genesis yesterday at a local Trade-a-Game. Codes that can give invincibility, or infinite items are cool. But I'm mainly interested in codes that unlock hidden material in games. Such as characters (Ash in SoR3 - BAWA-AAA0), or levels (hidden stage in Ranger X - 9T3A-BGNT + B23A-AAEW). Or you can just list your personal favorite codes. I've seen the thread for listing new codes but this is a different idea. Also, I've been looking a lot at the Codehut website hosted on Angelfire. I don't know anything about making the codes but I think it is cool how this guy has figured out good methods for doing so.

Although not strictly Sega, the Moonwalking in Super Mario Bros 3 has remained rather fixed in my head as the best Game Genie code ever created!

Though that's sure wasn't fun without challenge, but at least I know that I shouldn't think about ending (That was kinda dissapointing) and now I just enjoy the gameplay.

Not trying to derail this thread or anything, but has anyone noticed Pac-Man and the Ghost in MK 1? It's in the video I posted. Cool!

Yeah i knew about that, but its one of those things that you just seem to forget about until you're reminded of it.
pretty awesome that they put that in there, instantly gives MK1 that little bit of extra mystique.

Does anyone else have trouble getting codes for Blaster Master 2 to work? I always get a blank screen.

I was always a big fan of D-Bug codes (Sonic 2, Sonic 3, and Aladdin) since it allowed you to see the entire level, including spots you couldn't reach normally.

^ There was also Debug in Sonic 1. I too like the fact that you could go to spots in the level you weren't allowed. And that I could place Rings whenever and where ever.

I've never used a game genie for the debug mode in sonic as it can be accessed by inputing a manual code, but yeah those are probably the most fun codes ever. i remember when i was young i would just use debug to build elaborate traps to kill tails with lol:)

So what is the debug code for sonic 2? I found one that claimed it was, but it just played the demo videos over and over.
