Try both audio into the Red/Blue jacks of the TV. I have one of those TVs as well (component/composite on the same input). All inputs need to be filled before it'll detect it as composite, IIRC. But mine won't do 240p at all; only legal 480i composite input.

Most systems don't have this problem, but PC-Engine is notorious for this, thus making it even harder to get into that it already is.

I have never heard of this test, but I will try this.

Hey Joe, on your Left in Europe, did you know a true USA-NTSC prototype for Taz Express was found and dumped by Team Carrot? Works fine on NTSC N64; only issue is that the volume level is really low, you have to go into options to crank it up. Just google Taz Express USA Prototype rom, plenty of links.

I found some NTSC-patched ROMS but they did not run on my N64. Well they did but only in black and white, not in color.

I tried this with my Genesis, and SNES. My tv just give a black screen, and the message "Invalid Format" :(

The one I have is not patched, I believe it was dumped from a true NTSC prototype. Works on the ED64v2 that I have. Do you want it, or only needed it for the video?
