Honestly, I understand how Joe feels, and I'm disappointed that he feels that he no longer wants to post here; however, I do NOT agree with the way he decided to leave. Insulting the entire community is not appropriate, no matter how offended by someone he feels. Moreover, the way he left is exactly what you're talking about. He didn't like the observation/critique and didn't take it into consideration. He just got mad and left. A simple "whatever, bro" could have ended it right there. He could also have put that person on ignore. Instead, he went to the mod forum immediately after posting here and said that "members here are truly of the shittiest quality on the web," and that "this community was not worth his time." That is NOT cool, no matter how long you've been here.
Considering the responses of everyone in this thread since his post, I think the community has proven him completely wrong. The last hostile post here was his own, so I have to ask: who had the "take it or leave it attitude?"
