I just LOVE beating the crap out of Barbon on SOR2, as soon as you go outside and hear the rain coming down then the music kicks in and that cocky prick say "C'mon". Straight in and beat the shit out of him finishing him off with a Blaze fireball.
Mr.X and Shiva of course. Shiva always provides a damn good challenge and it feels rewarding hearing him hit the ground for good and Mr.X is the badass with the Tommy-gun the guy exerts power over not only the city but it's officials to the point where the good guys have to quit the police just to go after him. Now... if only he can invest in giving his goons guns he might get somewhere...

Shadow Master from Shinobi 3,the theme just does it for me and as always there's the satisfaction of defeating him after so many damn tries.

The Disco boss from Revenge of Shinobi. The stage is an assualt on the senses and it's fun to pump him full of shurikens.
The Shadow Master from Shinobi 3. He pretty much defines what that game has over Revenge of Shinobi. I really like how you fight a more badass looking version of Zeed, but the game doesn't end there. And in the end... BAMN, the Shadow Master, an ultra badass cyborg ninja that gives one hell of a fight. THAT is how you do a final boss.
