Sonic 3D Blast is not better on Genesis. The Saturn version has better graphics, an amazing soundtrack, and a better special stage.

I was talking about gameplay... it's pretty much the same, except the Saturn has pretty awfuly long load times.

The load times do detract, but I think its enhancements more than make up for it. Especially the soundtrack.
