The only obstacle really is money for me, because in terms of utility and condition, it's up there in the sky. If only I didn't have a system already; this is a great starting console for retro beginners, but only us veterans know how awesome it truly is!
Svideo is becoming rarer and rarer on new tvs? Do you do the component mods that most people are doing these days. I've even seen people go as far as putting hdmi outs on units. Can you do so?
All mods are possible, I have some of those for my personal use..But for the time and trouble for me is just not worth doing them since I'm not making a tremendous profit, or mass producing...I rather invest my time in something else :) ..Modding work for me is just a hobby these days, my full time job leaves me with little time for anything really ..Also, there are already great converters and upscalers out there that can do a good job, and to the user preferences, for the price....Quote:
