The game supports the analog pad, but I don't believe it supports the mouse.
Oh, that's a bummer. I saw another thread on here where a couple of people said it did work, although watching Netlink videos of Duke Nukem 3D it does seem like it's not supported from the way things are phrased on screen. I'd be interested in buying these items anyways, but thank you for the heads up!
There's no mention of mouse use in the manual.
