If you were a kid in the 80s/early 90s, you'll enjoy these videos:

I've watched about 80% of the channels mentioned here. But not much anymore, don't got interest in pre-PS1 retro gaming right now, and thats mostly what they cover.
Game Sack, Gaming Historian, CGR and Kimble Justice is pretty much all I need.
Happy Console Gamer & Guru Larry I won't turn off though. I kinda miss the 16-bit Gems guy too.
HCG is my favorite youtuber. He is honest and humble; as well as his wife and friends featured in the channel. You know you're watching a real person, not an actor. Growing up in the 80s in a communist regime, I personally didn't get to enjoy video games as a child; so I love living vicariously through many of his memories. If there's anything he's taught me is that you don't have to have acquired fond gaming memories in the heyday of each game to develop a "religious experience" that will drive your love for gaming; and that these fond gaming memories never cease to be acquired. I also enjoy podcast style gaming talks, so I eagerly await the Lords of Thunder podcast #15. :)
I also enjoy gamesack (great content), Pat the Nes Punk (very easy to watch), AlphaOmegaSin (never pulls any punches), ReviewTechUsa (objective and rantilicious), Gamez of War (Sega love galore), MetalJesusRocks (high quality content "lists of") and, recently, I became a fan of The Game Hunters (the sweetest brother/sister gaming duo you will ever meet).
People I used to watch a lot back in the day, but somehow don't watch as much anymore: CGRHD and Lukemorse1.
Did you grow up in Cuba QuickSciFi?
Hit the nail on the head for HCG for me, the guy just clearly loves games. I watched one of his RPG episodes and even though I don't personally enjoy many RPG games it was fun just listening to him go on and on about his old memories that he clearly cherishes.
I'm not even old myself but for some reason I much more enjoy guys in the mid-30s onwards for youtube content than the younger guys.
PushingUpRoses is another one I forgot about, I really liked her King's Quest playthroughs.
Wow, youtube is getting old. I miss video game take out and a few others.
I watch a lot of pretentious assholes like Errant Signal and Satchbag.
I like MTGXerxes. He just seems genuine and doesn't try to put on a show or anything. Although he doesn't consistently put out content either.
