Personally I'll stick with the real thing. Those retro clone machines typically have quite poor sound/video quality, and you can't hook up expansions/lots of accessories. Assuming they even work.
Watch out!
These aren't compatible with any accesories, and some games doesn't even boot!
I do not recommend this! I'll be way more proud to own real hardware! You'll not be proud to own a "RetroN3"! You'll be proud to own a NES, SNES and Genesis, at least, people know these consoles!
That may sound tempting, but don't get it. ;)
I'm speaking as an ex-genmobile owner, who highly regretted his purchase, then had a hard time to sell it.
I feel dirty. That poor Genesis cart is stuck in between two Nintendo products of questionable quality.
The only thing that could make this worse is if it was on a pinball machine :(
I believe the Yobo FC3 has better Genesis playback than this, surprisingly.
That thing is an abortion and its design is just off.
Yeah, It's not too pretty.
You know it reminds me of those stupid rumors about an all in one system they used to put in Game Pro back in the day. I could see it being tempting though I think If I'm not going to play the real hardware I'd go all out and mod my Xbox.
This bullshit was on reddit yesterday headline and all:

I had never seen Reddit before. Can't believe people say Sega-16 is immature.
The only thing about Reddit that's immature are the main subreddits where all the Digg and 4chan refugees lurk.
It's built like a message board system or IRC, different subreddits with different moderators dedicated to specific topics (IRC channels/rooms). Upvotes and downvotes determine what gets pushed to that subreddit's front page. You tweak your own UI to display feeds what whatever subreddits you subscribe to.
There's a ton of smart people on there and you can learn a lot just reading news headlines, checking comments for people breaking it down. Famous people comment or do AMA (Ask me anything) posts quite often. It's huge these days. I've been a redditor for years, it's awesome.
I just go to reddit for the front and second page for the interesting shit they put up. :P
Yeah it's a piece of shit, but oh my, that vector red version looks bootiful!
