Innovation Multi-system Arcade stick?

I just bought one of these off of ebay, mainly because I was looking for a good Turbo Duo stick and the ability to use it on my Genesis, SNES, and Neo Geo was too good to pass up.

It'll be arriving in a few days but before that, I was wondering if I could get any impressions so I can temper my expectations. Anyone have any experience with these? How are the buttons and joystick? Do they use microswitches? It advertises 6-button support for the Turbo Duo, is it in a street fighter set up like the Avenue Pad 6?
