Doom also. I actually prefer Space Harrier as a game, but the truth is that very few things in the gaming world have given me the same pleasure as having Doom on the 32X through my Genny controller. I played Doom on my Win 95 PC for years and always wanted to find a way to play it with a controller. The gameplay in Doom 32X is flawless.

Doom 32X by a landslide. They really fucked-up the Quake gameplay experience (just like they did with a bunch of series that started on the PC). But DOOM 32X was everything I could ever hope for and then some. :D
