I honestly wouldn't want Sega to make a new console now. All I really need from them is to be the old Sega in terms of risking to make something different. The new consoles (present and future) offer more than enough leg room for them to make some astounding games without them risking further financial issues trying their hand on another new console.

What incredible bullshit. You spelled classic, "clesic" in another thread. You have no grasp of parenthetical use, you use "a" in front of every word beginning with a vowel, you switch tenses multiple times in the span of a single sentence. The vast majority of your sentences are run-ons, you confuse e.g. and i.e. with a.k.a.

"multiple formats of the english language" doesn't even make sense. You have the worst grammar I've ever seen.

Alright, let's everyone calm down a minute. Zoltor made it pretty clear a while back that the lighting is insufficient in his computer room, which is a perfectly valid explanation for his terrible spelling, grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure.

To follow up from my post last year, I have played through From Dust. It was a neat take on puzzle/god sims, a mix of Amiga-style strategy but with emergent elements caused by the modern terrain physics. I also played about ten hours into Skyward Sword. It's not bad but Nintendo's insistence on gimmicky controls, handholding, and length padding combined with too much "been there, done that" stuff made me lose interest. I enjoyed Child of Eden; it's a worthy successor to Rez.

Some other current gen stuff I have liked playing this year - Mass Effect 3, Spelunker HD, Journey, Syndicate, Rayman Origins, Hard Reset, Nitro Bike, Botanicula.
