A stock X'Eye, although I'm considering sending it away to Tiido for some modifications soon.
Awesome thread. I mostly play on my TMSS Model 1 with 50/60hz & Jap switch connected to a model 2 Mega CD and 32X, which are connected to my hifi. If I want to use a cheat cartridge, I use them on my equally modified Model 2.

I drag this beast off my shelf on occasion, but most of the time I use one of my CDX for simplicity.
I do most of my Genesis gaming on emulators, but when I'm feeling like doing a nostalgia run on the few games I have on cart, I use my Model 1.
I have a model 2/32x/model 2 Sega CD combo in the bedroom, and a model 1 HDG/PBC combo in the office, as well as a nomad which usually stays plugged in in the living room for sunday football.
I use a Sega Genesis Model 1 with 32x attached. Used to have both a Sega CD Model 1 and Model 2, but sold them when I got a CDX, which at the moment needs a power supply, whether it be 1st or 3rd party. At the moment it won't read disccs otherwise :/
This is my choice.

Model 3 s-video mod, region mod, stereo mod.
Custom built Sega Neptune :D care of the very skilled ooXxXoo.
Model 2 Genesis + Model 2 CD + 32X in some combination, and/or my Nomad which gets heavy use if I'm working on a RPG.
I also have a Model 1 without TMSS which I don't use much, though it does sound nice. It's a VA2 motherboard, and since the second digit of the serial number is 9, this site tells me it was made in 1989, meaning it's a launch-year console.
The same site also says that VA2 consoles have an audio defect in the mono output that only outputs the right channel, instead of summing them both to mono...oops. Is that mentioned in the guide? Not sure, but at least the headphone jack is good to go.
I really dig the Model 2/CD/32X unit.

AtGames one.
Just kidding, Pre-TMSS Model 1, RGB Scart for output.
