Yea, so how do you actually get in touch with these guys?

Twice now, first when I ordered my Megacart, I had to deal with the lack of communication when an item shipped, and a lack of shipping status or number.

Well, second time from ordering there now, for an Everdrive, a second chance years later. SAME damn thing. I send a help request, no response, and no advance in my order status, still not apparently shipped, when I ordered it last week.

Isn't there some Tototek people here? Please help, because I placed a large value order, and I'd like some response ASAP, because after this, I will never order from them again if they don't respond, again.

Fonzie vists the forum now and again, other than that I'm not sure. Zebbe might be able to help you get in touch with him.

Hopefully. I'd like to know where my $90 is going.

I mean, I'll give it 30 days to receive the item, but if I see nothing, I'll need to get my money back via Paypal.

Still, this communication was poor, because it should say when ordering that it doesn't ship next day, but he's on vacation.

I'm a mod over there, and Tomy is ALWAYS effin' slow at responding to email/posts/pm. It's just the way he is. All I can suggest is start a thread in the forum for user/TTT interaction:

Honestly, it will be my last buying from there. Kinda dislike being ignored till I bring it out to the public.

All those Chinese places are like that. It's the price of doing business with China.

Never had any issues anywhere else to be honest. Only had an issue with Tototek.

And I order from from locations like that all the time.

I would have paid for better shipping than free, but when he does free shipping, it's the ONLY shipping you can choose.

I was briefly thinking about placing an order from these guys, but if this is how their service is I'll try elsewhere. Plenty of places locally that could take my money and jerk me around :/

Oh my order shipped on the 6th, but the problem is, is that because he had only free shipping as an option, he chose the absolute WORST shipping option available, and not let me upgrade shipping.

So it finally made it to the city next to me tonight. Maybe I'll get it tomorrow.
