So did he reply after you filed the Paypal claim? If so, you could take a picture of your TV screen showing that it doesn't work as evidence.

Yea he did reply. I mean, he says he'll refund me, but after I send the cartridge back.

I'm going to video tape proof before it's sent back. I'm going to have to borrow some money from my co-workers tomorrow just to send it out on Monday.

I should also take a picture of the packaging it arrived in.
