Your using Game Genie codes in Virtua Racing?
Not really. It was just to stack them up.
I don't even think it'll work because the 32X doesn't even work with the Genesis Virtua racing.
BUT! On the Megadrive I have here, I do actually need to use Game Genie to play VR because it's region protected.
I'd admit, that's one of the best after-market controllers, but that's not what I remember playing my Genny games with. ;)
I'll give you rep for the TV, as that's exactly the kind I used with my first Genny. :)
Virtua Racing will work with the 32X, you have to mod it to get it working

You're only playing it the way you remember if you're using mono sound through the TV speaker. You're using the mixing cable for some sort of foul purpose of the stereo nature. cwutididthar
Actually the mixing cable is just going to the Sega CD, then to the TV's RF modulator I have plugged in, that is to the left of the TV.. The AV mono output on this Megadrive only plays left channel sound, no right channel sound..
Didn't notice the modulator. That changes everything. I haven't played with the Genesis in RF in such a long time. I know the model 1 is mono only through the AV port. I just assumed you did that for stereo out from the Sega CD. I wouldn't blame you for it though.Quote:
