Agreed, I feel the same way about the Dreamcast and Gamecube, but I enjoy the N64 more since it's cartridge based. :)

I confess that I had no choice but to vote for PSX based on sheer quantity of games alone. You can never run out of games to play on Playstation. No matter the genre, that system had something for you.
Yeah, 90% of the arcade ports were horrible, but then you had games like Night Driver, Omega Race, Jungle Hunt, Breakout and Indy 500, that were pretty close to the arcade game. Phoenix and Ms. Pac-Man weren't too shabby either.
I voted for the Saturn, but I wouldn't have a problem with picking the PSX either. I just played my Saturn more than my Playstation between 1995-1999. Honestly, the Playstation has one of the greatest software libraries of all-time, even if it is loaded with a ton of crap; It's a great system.
I picked Playstation, it has the largest library of games, not always the best, but tons and tons of quality titles.
Don't get me wrong. I have every system on that poll, save TG-16 and NG, and they all have some excellent titles, but if I were limited to only one and wanted the maximum game selection, Playstation is unreal. My jaw drops at the number of titles, something like 7000 games for that system. I can never play them all in my lifetime.
Genesis. It's my favorite game console, so not a tough choice. Honorable mentions go to Saturn, TG16, Dreamcast and N64, all systems I enjoyed quite a bit. For me, though, the Genesis has a better library than these systems, and I typically prefer 2d games to 3d (especially for classic systems).
I would have said PS2, but it's not on the list, failing that it is a tough call between the PSX and the Mega Drive.
Also, when did Sega-16 become filled with Saturn fanboys? The Saturn is tosh.
Looking at the poll, I see that if he's going for the Mega Drive crowd, he's got an assured win - whereas if he's trying to appeal to the Saturn crowd, he's fighting a losing battle, one which he has to defend against the PSX-fans as well. Seems to me that trying to appeal to Saturn fans is meaningless then.
Also, I agree. The Saturn was what put me off of console gaming back in the day, so it IS tosh. Every console has its "many great games". Doesn't mean I have to like it, though ;)
This is a pretty difficult question. Honestly, if I had to clear out my collection, I could probably be satisfied with a Genesis, a PSX and a Saturn. Those three pretty much cover everything I care about, gaming-wise. And my Game Boy, too, for 8-bit stuff and portable action.
