Exclusives? The "only" game anyone ever brings up, is how Phantasy Star 1 wasn't ported to the Genny(some exclusive library). Really, the Genesis is basically a much improved SMS(like all the noteworthy games were ported to the Genny, save PS 1)

And the SMS has a bunch of other quality games. Wonderboy III? Golden Axe Warrior? Gangster Town? Space Harrier 3D? Alex Kidd in Shinobi World? Sonic the Hedgehog 1, 2, and Chaos? Zillion? R-Type? Fantasy Zone II? Do I even need to go on?

I have played them you twit, don't listen to the retarted Sonic(at friends, and such), and ofcourse not, why would I own a POS system lol(I'm not the AVGS whom gets many for free or gets paid to review such POS systems/games).

Just because the 7800 can play a library of more crap doesn't mean it's worth owning. I can't stand any of the Atari systems libraries. Colecovision I could see some charm in owning, but not the Atari systems. They are just too old and dated. Most games on the Master System can keep me occupied for longer than 5 minutes. You can't say that about the Atari 2600 or the Atari 7800.

On Master System we have the Wonder Boy titles, we have Zillion, we have the 8-bit Sonics, we have the Alex Kidds, we have Shinobi, we have Phantasy Star, and we have R-Type to name a few off the top of my head. It's certainly not a bad system to own. While I'd probably take an NES over the Master System, there are definitely some titles I'd miss from the Master System. However I could easily turn down Atari systems without any regrets whatsoever.

I just posted a picture of my Sega Master System, TG-16, and PC Engine Duo. Show me yours.

I wouldn't really count Phantasy Star 1 on the Genesis as a port. It's just the Master System game running in SMS mode on the Genesis. All they did was combine Phantasy Star 1 with the Power Base Convertor and put it in a single cartridge.

True, but you do lose the FM sound track, and it's in Japanese only. But I guess if you are playing the US version you'd lose the FM soundtrack anyways without making some kind of repro with the retranslated rom hack.

The point is, it's available on other hardware, not just the SMS. And that's not counting stuff like the Phantasy Star Collection on the GBA.

And, even more so, the point is that Zoltor is very ignorant of a library he's never even seen before in real life.

What, the 2600 is awesome for the classic arcade style games, and WTF you bash the good Atari systems, yet like Colecovision, this has got to be the twilight zone.

Yes most of which not only were ported to other system, but are better on the other systems, and at very least there are better, much, much, much better, yet simular games to the couple that weren't ported elseware.
