No, they'd never have heard of WM/MGF in the first place because Pier Solar would be of no interest to a group with 150 RPGs they can already play on a console with no region lock. Conversely though whenever a Genesis gamer who's already exhausted all its RPGs is looking for something with a similar pace he just pops in a Super Nintendo brawler.Quote:

They have heard about Pier Solar on other forums. Many guys there aren't from Sega-16 AFAIK.
I always played as the Dwarf in the arcade, but when the Genesis version came out I just couldn't. Why not? Because he was lacking so much animation when he swings his axe that I just couldn't stomach how awful it looked. So instead I always use the guy in the blue speedo and sword whenever I play home versions of Golden Axe.Quote:
