I got one for christmas with mario kart 7 and I enjoy playing it, mario kart 7 did get boring after a while though because of how easy it is to unlock everything in a couple days. I just recently got super Mario 3d land and so far it's my favorite game for the 3ds.
the one thing that kinda pisses me off about it though is unless your a "ambassador" the virtual console selection sucks for those who bought the system after the price drop, its kinda like nintendo is saying "screw you" to those who got the system after the price drop.
I mean also about the 3D gimmic
I can't purchase a 3DS even if I wanted to, because I have horrible vision in one eye and can't see in 3D.:(
Oh well, I have a DS Lite, and that's good enough for me.:)

Not sure I'll be investing in too many new titles, tbh - will probably get Mario 3D Land (typical great Mario game name) if it ever gets any cheaper, ever. Want Mario Kart just because it's Mario Kart, but I'm wary of it after the crap Wii game and far too easy DS game. Also have a vague interest in Kid Icarus.
You could always look for an "ambassador" 3DS (I've seen people selling them on evilbay for around the same price as new ones) then sell your spare one. I'd say it's worth it for the "free" games.Quote:
