No on Genesis (NeoGenesis), "Kinda-Yes" with Snes (buggy with SNES9xbox) and "yes" with NES (mednafen-nes). CoinOps (Mame) also just added support for lightguns too, though I haven't tried it myself as of yet.
So it sounds kind of spotty based on which emulators are set up on the Xbox.
And what kind of TV you're using too would be a potential issue. As far as I know, they won't work at all on an LCD or LED. Don't know about Plasma or DLP though. If it's a CRT TV, then you're all aces.
