Since you were active today, and haven't replied to either this topic nor my PM, I'm pulling my interest for SSF2. sorry, but my reasoning is that, if you can't bother to actually receive payment for your item, how could I trust that you'd take the effort to actually ship the game?

You're not alone in this - he had a Powerpak for sale and I sent several PMs about it but I never got a reply. I eventually gave up and went elsewhere.

I didn't explain why I'm no longer interested to try and put you in your place or anything, but rather to explain my reasoning so that maybe you can avoid losing another sale in the future. In any case, there's no hard feelings. Hope you do end up selling your stuff, you got some good prices there.

Yeah my current 16bit sega related mission is getting a non-TMSS Euro model 1. Not easy to find that specific variety. One part of the difficult being most sellers don't know/care about license screens, another my location limits cost effective sources to buy it. I don't know of a reliable Europe shopping middle-man service like the many (if expensive) offered for Japan.
