The developer should have taken the time to at least email everyone who purchased the game with periodic updates. How hard is that? It's called customer service! Okay, now I am getting angry! Well, I wouldn't go that far. We haven't been ripped off. But at this point in time is that, as a consumer, we've recieved poor customer service. If you are selling a product and someone has provided funds before the product has been released, as a merchant you have a duty to notify the consumer of any delays in delivering the product on time. I paid for the item way back on July 12 2012 and I've yet to recieve any kind of notification by email. Unexpected things happen. I really don't mind that there is a delay in shipping the item but at least take the time to notify us. This lack of communication is totally unacceptable.Quote:
