Just finished watching Reservoir Dogs. I plan to dress up as a reservoir dog (probably Mr. Orange since he's the closest to a blonde-haired character as I'll get, and I'm blonde) tomorrow at school, so I had to watch the movie to justify doing so. It was a very good movie, but I wouldn't say it was as good as Pulp Fiction.
Why do I keep confusing this with The Prestige, where David Bowie plays Tesla? Must be Hugh Jackman :DQuote:

I didn't know about that one. The only movies with Jovovich that I can remember that I watched were the RE movies, The Fifth Element and I think that a little bit of Joan of Arc as well

Loved it. Seeing grown men kicked in the balls and sticking things up their butts normally isn't my sense of humor, but I think the overall good-natured tone (particularly Johnny Knoxville, Chris Pontius, and Steve-O) is what makes Jackass stand out. Not as good as #2 but better than the first. And the 3D looked awesome.

Holy moley this movie was awesome. I loved Pan's Labyrinth, so I decided to check out The Orphanage. Then someone at work demanded that I watch The Devil's Backbone first. I did, and it's absolutely a four-star film (out of four). It starts out very similar to Pan's Labyrinth but ultimately moves in a very different direction. A ghost story rather than a fantasy.
I've been watching Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2. Mainly because my Nana (Grandmother) passed this past Thursday and it is the first movie I remember her taking me to. Dollar Theater in fact. Remember those??? :D
I actually like the first one a lot. The second is pretty sweet but I don't like it nearly as much as the first.Quote:

For once, I watched Fear And Loathing in Las Vegas entierly. I've never finished the movie really and I've tried to watch it three times earlier but I just gave up every time. Now, I don't think it's a bad movie. But I think people who usually go on heroin and LSD likes the movie more then I do.
I recently watched the Godfather trilogy, magnificent movies.
Last movie i watched was Roman Polanski's Pirates (1986) it had been a while and i recently encountered a 720p bluray rip,
sadly its France only (but English with subs you can disable) or i'd have bought the fucker!
Awesome movie, shame they never made a sequel.. since the story kinda ends on somewhat of a down note.
also its strange that they never bothered to release a DVD or Bluray when Pirates of the Caribbean was big,
that certainly would have gotten them much more buyers.
Walter Matthau was excellent as Captain Red, the guy was just a great actor,
I don't care how many will say that the movie did bad at the theater or how Polanski likes raping little girls,
this movie is AWESOME!
