Tomorrow, When the War Began- I really wanted to like this but it was, well just awful. I know I am supposed to suspend disbelief while watching movies but this one was asking a lot.
Saw Drive this past Sunday. Good stuff.
The Sorcerer and the White Snake.
It was long, but it felt very abridged. And, yet, somehow it felt like it managed to tell an awesome story. Kind of like how it would feel to play an very good, deep 16-bit RPG; with concise writing, but lots of meaning.

Interesting fact, I actually fought at the Shreveport Municipal Auditorium back in 2008. I was surprised to find out when I arrived at the venue that it was actually a historic stop for country music acts like Cash, Elvis, Hank Williams sr., and Jerry Lee Lewis back in the 40's through the late 70's.
As you walk around the place, they have plaques along the walls of all the artists that performed there, just about everyone you could imagine. It was this really majestic old theater with so much character to it, much like the ones seen in the film. Especially in the back dressing rooms. I couldn't help but to think to myself before the fight when I was getting dressed "Wow, this is probobly the room that Elvis got ready in, maybe even looking into this same mirror."

Cornball acting, campy plot that doesn't take itself too seriously, obligatory nudity, and cardboard 3D glasses.
In short, its a proper zombie movie! It even had a proper zombie movie ending.
