Life of Pi Way overly pretentious and self-serving. Or maybe it was just the movie.
Silver Linings Playbook It was alright.
The Rocker I hate the main character (the actor, not the character). A cheap man's School of Rock.

DREDD: I gotta say I was fairly impressed. Usually movies attempting to bring spotlight to other medium characters end up horrible(or at least in my experience).
But not this one, Karl Urban..I love that man. Excellent potrayal of the character and quite the humor for a film with such grit.
Found The Best Years of our Lives cheap online. Still love this film!
Silent Hill Revealations; my new "worst movie of 2012". It#s an insult to Silent Hill fans, an insult to the first film, and more importantly, an insult as a movie on it's own. Horrible on all levels.

The Master: What was it about again? It was an acting experiment, and a great performance on behalf of Phoenix, I'll give him that.
Mama: Best ghost film I've seen in years.
Wreck it Ralph: It was a neat, fun film. But it was as much a film about gaming as it was about underwater-submarine-hopping-cats-with-lasers. :?
End of Watch: Predictable. Somehow I don't believe it. It's 2013. Things can't possibly be that chaotic, not even in L.A.
I also would have liked a warning that Wreck-It Ralph was going to become a SugarRush film halfway through.
I tried watching Chinese Zodiac for the 4th time. I swear this is the longest I've made it thus far into the movie (halfway). I just couldn't take the Engrish anymore. I'm not even sure it's even Engrish anymore. It's like mainstream Chinese CHollywood gibberish regardless of the language. I'm not even going to wait for a proper translation. This is pure turd. Have all Jackie Chan movies been this lame? Or have I just been living in the clouds since the 90s over here? :?
