Help with eBay guys (seller sent the wrong item)
Ok, I won Silent Hill 2 from this seller on eBay.com, and s/he sent me the wrong item (some shitty old movie).
I emailed the person about it a week ago and they said that they will send me the game asap via first class mail.
I haven't got the item yet, and the seller hasn't answered my email in the last 3 days. I am getting annoyed.
I am thinking of opening a dispute through eBay or Paypal, but the seller has a tracking number for the last
item, so he may win the case. I don't know what I can do in this unusual situation (in my case). Any tips would
be appreciated.
