San Francisco rush? And it's it's update San Francisco Rush the Rock, and it's sequel, San Francisco Rush 2049? I'm guessing that's probrably the game by Atari Games and Midway.

Those seem too obvious but maybe I'm wrong. Is it Cisco Heat?

I haven't played it since I was a teenager. I should MAME it. I remember thinking it was pretty cool for a Jaleco game.
Ya I totally forgot about that one. Definetly closer to chase HQ.
It looks really good considering the time it was released.A lot of great use of scaling and perspective.
Jaleco!!!
There's a DOS version of Cisco Heat. It plays in a ... fairly small ... window. And no, you can't make it bigger... yeah, it's somewhat painful. Apparently there are also C64, Amstrad, Amiga, and Spectrum releases of the game (none on consoles though), and Amiga excepted I'm sure those are even worse, but the DOS one's not too good...
