Target has some nice stuff. I have a Metal and glass television stand that's holding 160 pound Sony Wega. It's rock solid!

I'll go to target first the.noffice depot and then finally IKEA.Hoping the first 2 places have something, I really don't want to go Orlando.

I'll third Target as a decent recommendation, their prices/build quality are quite nice for what you'll pay. I did wind up using IKEA for shelving though because they really had the best fit for the size of my office.

Ok, just got back from IKEA.When I got there I decided on getting this, but on the way to checkout I saw their "scratch and dent" area.In there I found the surface for this for only 10 dollars.I put back the Vika surface back and took the damaged HEMNES surface and some legs.I don't see anything wrong with it, I think it's just a return with missing pieces.All I have to do is attach the legs and reenforce them a bit.

Sorry forgot about this thread, but yeah I have the Galant 18222 desk with 2 extra extensions to the right for my C64 and MSX2 and Printer.

I'm surprised you got it that cheap. The last time I went to Ikea (about 8 years ago) the scratch and dent section literally had worthless stuff that was broken to pieces. They still wanted a lot of money for it.

It was just the top, but most the stuff there was broken fiber wood.
