I've been trying to get together a list of exclusive Sega Channel games in the US. Here's what I have so far:
Does anybody know if there are any more? also, If you have any info on any of those undumped games, I'd like to know.:)

I was told there was also some sports game, and Bust a Move and maybe something else when Sam Pettus was working on his Genesis Game Guide. However to be honest I wouldn't be surprised if these undumped games are lost forever if they exist, and I bet more people would be talking about them or talk of their existence if they DID exist - not talking about the unreleased in the USA games like Megaman and Golden Axe 3 here.
I wonder if we've had any members who played the Sega Channel.
I played it all the time. My parents wouldn't get it for me, but a friend had it. We spent most of the time playing Light Crusader (it stayed available for three months), but the others that made a huge impact on me were Mega Man and Vectorman. Other than those, I know we played hundreds of games, but I can't recall specifics. Though we did play a ton of Road Rash 3 and General Chaos, and I don't believe they were rentals, so they were probably via Channel too.
At the time is seemed logical that Mega Man be on the Genny. I didn't think too much of how special and unique it was until many years later, and I'm glad I had the opportunity to play it then (although I was terrible at it back then).
I remember Vectorman because it was a special preview of the game. It hadn't yet been released in stores. I kept coming over to my friend's house every day just to play it. Until one day, I came over, and he wouldn't let me in his house. He said if I was to keep coming over, I had to come to play with him, not his games. The entire time I played with him outside, I was playing Vectorman in my head.
So, is there any chance that those undumped games could be found on some Sega Channel carts? Or are they more then likely lost forever?
Your list is missing Flintstones, The Movie. It's currently undumped, but some guy that goes by the name of drx owns the proto.
I still have the big honking thing in my collection. A cherished item from a piece of my past I could never hope to see again. I even stayed up until midnight to watch Sega Channel service go offline. To my memory there is 1 game I remember but never saw or played again called "Breakout" or "Outbreak" it was a simple puzzler.
The game was basically have a bunch of bricks set up in a wall formation and you just had to put a cursor over the bricks of similar color and it will get rid of any of the same color bricks touching the one you chose. Or at least I think that's how it was played.
I posted a couple things about Chessmaster, or at least chess on the Sega Channel, starting here. I don't know how much you'll find about the exclusives per se, but Google Books and Lexis-Nexis have a fair amount on the Sega Channel.
Did the sonic SatAM game ever make an appearance on the Sega Channel?
Or didn't it get that far?
Never had, nor experienced SEGA Channel.
oh shit, i stumbled on this and remember sonic SatAM, but only because of a mention on a game magazine from that time. the magazine which was legit, but was written at a weird time for consoles, claimed next next gen consoles at the time lmao, and SatAM i believe was going to be made for the saturn or the neptune (32x) but it was definitely too much for the genesis. i used to have sega channel btw, which is how i stumbled in here and remembered i have an account lol. and no this game was not on the sega channel, it did get sonic 3d blast though, and i think a lot of the games on sega channel around 1996 never got documented, as i SWEAR i played the first shin megami tensei game on it which is what i'm currently trying to find info on
