She already plays the one I've had since '97 & will be playing the import when it comes in.
The games she plays for it are: Sonic Jam,VF2,Nights,Fighters Megamix,SFA2 & Real Bout.
Zelda OoT and MM are a must for n64.
Why ditch goldeneye for perfect dark when you can own both and enjoy both.
I actually enjoyed quest 64 other then a few quirks with the game (this game requires a memory card).
Enjoyed star wars ep1 racer,
starfox 64 is a blast.
It took a while to get the controls down but once I did super smash bros. Is awesome
it might not be a lot of peoples cup of tea but shadows of the empire is great besides a few quirks.
Enjoyed paper Mario
enjoyed Mario Kart
enjoyed Mario 64
enjoyed Kirby 64
enjoyed banjo-kazooie
enjoyed conkers bad fur day
That is just a list of games I own that I enjoyed playing.
The only downfall with the n64 is that damn thumb stick when it gets worn and sloppy, but they are easily repaired with some plastic epoxy to build up the worn parts of the thumb stick and sand paper to make a exact fit (done this with two of my n64 controllers and both are like brand new).
Get her Hybrid Heaven. It's a wrastlin sim with giant bugs and mutants. There is no other game like it ever. (which makes it awesome)

WWF No Mercy, Super Smash Bros., Ocarina of Time, GoldenEye 007, Mario Kart.
Beetle Adventure Racing.
Outside of Wave Race, this is the best racer on the N64, imo. Tons of fun.
Is your sis at all into racing type games? If so, def get this one.
Get her a game.com
Star Fox 64, Ocarina of Time, Perfect Dark, Wipeout 64, Ridge Racer 64, Harvest Moon 64, Jet Force Gemini, Goldeneye, Banjo Kazooie, and Banjo Tooie, Super Mario 64, or F-Zero X.
In that case, there's the usual spread of well regarded 3d platformers (Mario 64, Banjo Kazooie, Its crass, but Conker's)
There are also Donkey Kong 64
I recall Jet Force Gemini being kind of decent (I didn't play much of it, so my recall isn't great for that game)
I can also recommend Gauntlet Legends (The N64 version is my prefered version between the PS1, DC, and N64).
Getting an N64 for college is brilliant. No way I'd send a Saturn into a college apartment or dorm (especially with your sister's proclivity for putting water in systems;)).
Lotta great games mentioned here (everything I would recommend has been already mentioned, except maybe Doom 64). Definitely try and splurge for 4 controllers. There's a lot of fun to be had with 4 players on the N64 (I think it's more important to have the extra controllers than the expansion pack, as the latter doesn't really get utilized much). Mario Kart 64, Goldeneye, Mario Party, Super Smash Brother, Duke Nukem, that's some serious party fun, with or without beer.
You'll regret getting one...
UNT, as in the University of North Texas?
