I feel this game a little slow on my PC .... :fit:
In my country，most people play games not to spend money, just free download. but I think this is not right，So I bought a game disc（however, if it 's an old game, I also free downloads）~
My game is the UK version. in fact, I want to buy US version

I had to get to at least 3.2Ghz Dual Core of CPU grunt before I could play Sonic Generations on PC, it is really poorly optimized and CPU intensive.
Why do you want the US version? Is it somehow better than the European version?
I love Sonic Generations, it's a great game, but that image that OP posted is the perfect example of how Sega can't get Sonic's colour right anymore. :p
I don't know if Steam is available in your country but I believe it's available on that so you could legally buy it on there and download it.
But if your computer is having trouble running it and you can't upgrade it you may have better luck with the PS3 or 360 versions if you have access to those consoles.

Dang, that remix of Green Eyed Sonic's City Escape is freaking awesome! Did they do any Sonic Adventure 1 level remixes too? Looks like I need to actually pick up and play the PC game some more.

I managed to finish Sonic 2006 after picking it up for $10. When it was possible to install to the 360 Hard Drive to cut the load times down I found the game enjoyable with no ill side effects.
While Sonic 06 isn't as bad as people make it out to be, it still has it's obvious flaws stemming from it being extremely rushed. Not to mention the really buggy nature of the game.
Right, the game needed another couple of years to bake I think. I still managed to play through it once the double load times were cut down to typical 360/PS1/PS2 popular game load times though.
Back to Sonic Generations, here are some other nice bits I liked from it:
I nearly shit myself when I heard Saturn remixes.
