One of many lame aspects of awesome possum is the voice clips of him constantly TELLING you how awesome he is. Talk about trying too hard.
And i have not spent much time with Aero the Acrobat, but those games look a lot more respectable.

@The Jackal. I agree about Marsupilami. Played it frequently on Sega Channel. Its actually a well designed game that gets tedious pretty quickly. As for Astrix, I played it once or twice. Found it to be forgettable.
One thing I liked about this game is how it really held on to what it promised and the timing was just comical at times
(like the final "Awesome Possum kicks dr.machino's butt~", or how at the start of the game you hear that grumpy voice going "YOU'RE NOT SO AWESOME")
He did talk a bit TOO MUCH at times though.
The gameplay was okay as well, not the most broken game out there :)
" Do I like Awesome Possum?" Not really. Its not an awful game, but the incessant voice is annoying, and the game itself is mediocre. There are far too many better selections to play for me to bother with this game.
Heck no, just no.
It's my view. I don't find the game terrible at all. It's slow, sluggish, tedious but its at least playable.
I do enjoy this review from early 2008 on it though:

this game is terrible, not one redeeming quality.
