There is this character online called Motherfucker Mike. He is basically AVGN's sidekick, and well, he is 'special'. His actual name is Mike Matei and he has been prowling about for years now, sidelining AVGN's (un)deserved fame. I am not too sure if many people quite realise what Mike is up to. I am sure many have seen him, but...

This's about as exciting as sticking my d#ck in a blender. Mike may even be less entertaining than luke morse, which is really hard to do.
I haven't seen many of lukemorse's videos, but he didn't really seem annoying to me, unlike Matei, who in that Elmo review made me wish I could reach through my monitor and punch him right in the nose.:mad:Quote:

I never had much of a problem with him...until I saw that Elmo vid, anyway. That's one of the worst things I've ever, ever seen.
Mike alone isn't really good at all. He needs someone to bounce comedy off of. I respect what he did (give us videos in James' absence). However he shines when paired with James or bouncing conversation in Over-analyzers.
Wow, there's some truly baffling charity for Mike in this thread.
He's an awesome artist and his impressions are pretty good.

His title cards are awesome, some of the Board James stuff is fairly amusing. On his own he's just... not funny.
I liked the obscure NES & SNES games videos.
I never understood the whole "I hate you, so I'm going to make a video showing how much I hate you" schtick. It reeks of trying to gain views based on the name of the person you're bashing. This video is almost as bad as the ones it criticizes.Quote:

And of course, Mike Matei did the "Elmo in Grouchland" video so frankly all the real major sociopath "INTERNET REVIEWERS SUCK" guys can pretty much go to town on him as far as I'm concerned. I've said that once already, but it bears repeating. I've never felt more embarrassed for someone than I did watching that, and 90% of Youtube videos are embarrassing by default. And it didn't take long for the embarrassment to become irritation.
Yeah, Asa's not too bad, and usually brings up good points. I've seen some other "reviewer haters", and the ones I've seen seem pretty stuck up and annoying.Quote:
