I would think so... Cause that is still considered a 3rd party developer.. But Tell Tale might have to pay a little more for the rights now that Disney owns it.

Always sad to hear when a company gets shut down. I can only hope Disney gets developers who want to make the games in the LucasArts portfolio. I mean, we're due for another Masters of Teras Kasi, no?
Maniac Mansion is almost completely obscure to me. I vaguely remember playing it back in like 1988. I recall there being a TV comedy spinoff. Didn't know it was developed by LucasArts.

I didn't even know they were still around. Sad to hear they're closing up shop, tho.
A Sega CD port would have been impossible. Heck, even 32X CD would choke on Day of the Tentacle. Monkey Island suffered quite a bit on Sega CD as it is. Fate of Atlantis was apparently considered for porting, but LucasArts turned down the idea due to the sluggish sales of Monkey Island.
I can't believe no one has posted this yet:

Disney is represented by Darth Sidious in that picture.
I don't so much see that as a problem. As it is, many of the best Lucas Arts games came from outsourcing to 2nd or 3rd party developers anyway. Some of the more recently cancelled internal projects might end up being spun off to 3rd parties too. (and the LA internal studios might end up being spun off as well . . . or if totally liquidated, some of the former employees might spin things off on their own)
