The Japanese text looks like it says "New World Entertainment" to me. But Sega has nothing to do with them (though I suppose it could be a slogan).

Sounds like it could either be a slogan or "vague message" regarding what the mark is depending on it actually being legit or not. I'm watching Kabushiki Kaisha Sega's trademark offices very carefully. So far, no new records has been initialized for 2013. Which indicates the applicant has loads of paperwork and over a dozen new marks preparing for initialization. With apparently 2 being counted as not yet recorded.

You don't suppose this could be a 年賀状/New Year Card do you? (strange question I know, and the reason I ask is because I ran this logo through Google Goggles on my smartphone, and 年賀状 was all it could come up with)

Spectrum is a "hub world", or "alternate dimension" it also could mean "Phantom" or "Apparition". Something that appears but you can't really see it clearly. Its almost like a hidden message.

So that may be what "New World of Entertainment"(Litteral Translation.) Some other world.

I mean when you look at "ORBI", its a straight out Latin term for "The World". And based on its mark description, its hidden message is easy to crack.

If you had any clue you'd realise this is a patent for a system that uses a camera, and spread spectrum data broadcast to a radio controlled device that does something with the image sent from the camera.

I never presented any CPU argument in another thread. This is a "motion sensor controller method" patent, ala Kinect which is not easy to detect right off. Again. it appears to be a prototype.

Again, just because it has the word Spectrum in it, doesn't it mean it has anything to do with wherever this leaked "possible" JTO Trademark image. The fact Spectrum is described in the patent is totally miscellaneous.
